The Mediterranean means sun. The sun means roundness, softness, complexity and explosive aromas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eWe pursued this idea and defined the botanical recipes that characterise \"Black\" and \"White\". Black is a very fragrant, complex and elegant gin, quite smooth, but less smooth than the \"White\" version: it contains fewer vanilla pods, no figs and has a light smoky note of rosemary.
