EVO – Grappa Riserva – 42 % vol.

EVO is called "Riserva" because, as required by law, it matures for at least 18 months in wooden casks. We use barriques made from different types of wood, not necessarily on their first fill.

Each wood gives the grappa its own character. Depending on the vintage and the natural, never entirely predictable maturation in the cask, EVO may show slight differences in colour and flavour profile. This is precisely what underlines its authenticity and the artisanal distilling tradition.

EVO contains no added colourings. Its colour comes solely from ageing in barriques: depending on how the casks are treated and the type of wood, aromatic compounds and colour components pass into the spirit. Thanks to a special production process, EVO contains only traces of essential oils, which makes it particularly smooth and pleasant to drink.
