The House of Roger Constant LEMAIRE produces high-quality champagne for discerning customers. With great respect for the environment and nature, the family business has been practicing sustainable and over 90% organic viticulture for generations in the Marne Valley, Champagne (France). Roger Constant Lemaire champagnes are neither mass-produced nor industrial champagnes. The goal, entirely in the Italian tradition, was to create new, unique products with strong personality and international projection. Our distillates are characterized by great elegance and grace, while production is based on several pillars: experimenting with native wood varieties used in aging, sophisticated pomace smoking, and "playing" with woods already used in the production of other products. Our aim was to obtain a limited range of products that clearly distinguish themselves from each other and, above all, from other distillates on the market.

By harnessing the excellent organoleptic qualities of some not-so-aromatic international and local grape varieties (primarily Chardonnay, Glera, Incrocio Manzoni) and everything derived from them (wine, must, pulp, skins), a product of the highest quality was created.
